1. Contact form

If you send a message through the form, we process your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the content of the message — solely in order to reply. The message arrives in our mailbox; we do not build a marketing list from it and we do not pass it on.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for project enquiries, steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the matter requires.

2. Cookies and analytics

The site uses two kinds of cookies:

  • Necessary — they remember your choice in the consent banner and keep the WordPress admin working for signed-in users. They are always active.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — loaded only after you consent. Until then Google’s script runs in a restricted mode (Consent Mode) and stores no cookies or identifiers.

Analytics gives us aggregate statistics: how many people visited, where they came from and which pages they read. We do not use it for advertising profiles and we show no ads.

You can withdraw consent at any time — use Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested and the browser type. They serve security and troubleshooting (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are not linked to form submissions.

4. Recipients

  • Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4, after consent.
  • Our hosting provider — hosting of the site and mail, under a data processing agreement.

Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses and the adequacy decision for the Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
