Your product has an AI assistant with tools. We add the telephone: the same agent, the same tools, the same permissions — a conversation instead of clicking. Customers call an ordinary number and get the thing done by speaking.
The platform is multi-tenant and sold two ways: through a partner, who resells the voice channel to their own customers as a separate subscription, and directly to a company that wants a phone line for its own assistant.

A decade on systems where a mistake costs money
Behind PF Software are more than ten years of building software for the insurance industry — policies, premiums, settlements, integrations with systems you cannot restart in the middle of the day, and regulatory requirements that have to be met to the letter.
It shows in how we work: edge cases first, interface second. We build App Store apps the same way insurance systems get built — with tests, and on the assumption that user data belongs to someone else.
